Is your Adobe english version or chinese version?
If chinese version,try this:
Click Start -- Control Panel -- Regional and language option -- Advanced -- select either chinese PRC or chinese Taiwan -- Apply -- Ok -- Restart PC.Then try to open your adobe again,see still have same problem or not.If still the same problem,you better uninstall and reinstall your adobe software.
If english version,you better uninstall and reinstall your adobe software.
Nevertheless,have you installed any software or doing any window update before the problem occured?If yes,then maybe the software you installed causing the problem.Uninstall the software and try run Adobe again.
